I Changed the First 10 Minutes of My Morning

🌑 🌒 🌓 🌔 🌕

Dear Readers,

My mornings had developed a bad habit without me noticing. Alarm off, phone in hand, messages checked, headlines skimmed—and somehow other people's priorities were already inside my head before I'd properly left the bedroom.

So one morning I changed the order. Nothing ambitious. I simply stopped giving those first few minutes away. What surprised me was how different the next hour felt when my brain hadn't started the day reacting to everything at once.

We tend to judge habits by how impressive they sound. But the useful ones often aren't impressive at all. They're short enough to repeat, simple enough not to negotiate with, and easy enough to become part of an ordinary Tuesday.

That's why I'm increasingly interested in things that can be tested without rearranging your life around them. You don't need to convince yourself first. Try something small, pay attention, then decide whether it deserves another morning.

The 7-Minute Morning Audio Built Around Brainwave Research [Ad]

Billionaire Brain Wave is a simple daily listening session inspired by research into brainwave activity and financial thinking. There's nothing complicated to follow—just press play each morning and let the audio become part of your routine.

Small daily rituals are often the easiest ones to keep.

If the first experience interests you, don't judge the entire idea from seven minutes. Follow the explanation further and decide after you've seen what the complete approach involves.

I still check my phone in the morning. I just don't let it be the first thing that decides what kind of morning I'm going to have.

That small distinction turned out to matter more than I expected.

Until next time,

Alex R
